WELCOME LETTER

The 2025 International Conference on Optoelectronic Information and Communication Technology (OICT 2025) will be held in Singapore during February 21-23, 2025. It aims to provide a forum for researchers, practitioners, and professionals from both industry and the academia to share their latest research findings and results.
The conference calls for high-quality, original research papers in the theory and practice of Optoelectronic Information and Communication Technology. The conference also solicits proposals focusing on frontier research, new ideas and paradigms in networking and information technologies.

PUBLICATION

Accepted papers in OICT 2025 will go through peer reviewing process. Selected papers will be published in the OICT 2025 Conference Proceedings and submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus index etc for indexing.
