The 2nd International Conference on Optoelectronic Information and Communication Technology (OICT 2026) will be held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia during February 20-22, 2026. It aims to provide a forum for researchers, practitioners, and professionals from both industry and the academia to share their latest research findings and results.
The conference calls for high-quality, original research papers in the theory and practice of Optoelectronic Information and Communication Technology. The conference also solicits proposals focusing on frontier research, new ideas and paradigms in networking and information technologies.
